Retail Media, twice from zero — Built retail media businesses from scratch at both idealo and myToys, including 360° campaigns with advertisers like Mattel, Disney & Mastercard.

Payback Partnership, myToys — Built the third-largest performance marketing channel from zero, developing deep expertise in CRM, loyalty partnerships, conversion funnel optimization, and continuous A/B testing and KPI optimization, all on a seven-figure annual media budget.

Pricing Transformation, idealo — Led the introduction of pricing automation and new pricing models, and systematically uplifted the entire B2B customer base: from concept and tracking to negotiation strategy and enforcement.

New Customer Acquisition, idealo — Built a dedicated new-business acquisition team from zero, opening up a fresh B2B growth channel for the organization.

About Me

I’m a builder by nature. In every role I’ve taken on, I’ve started something that didn’t exist before: a team, a revenue stream, a market. I love the messy early phase, and I bring structure to it without losing momentum.

I practice Ashtanga yoga for two hours every morning, a daily ritual of discipline and consistency that shapes how I approach everything I do.
